Welcome to Quiz4Learn.com! By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before continuing to use our platform.

Quiz4Learn is owned and operated by GNOOD TRADE AND BUSINEES, a company registered in Oman. 
Throughout these Terms, “Quiz4Learn”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to GNOOD TRADE AND BUSINEES.

1. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old to use Quiz4Learn. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use or register for Quiz4Learn.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your account with others. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately so we can help secure it.

3. Content Usage & Ownership

All educational content on Quiz4Learn — including questions, flashcards, quizzes, audio prompts, videos, and explanations — is owned by Quiz4Learn or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use this content only for your own learning through our platform. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, or redistribute our questions or other learning materials outside the platform without our written permission. This means, for example, you are not allowed to directly download or extract the audio of our questions or other content, except through features we explicitly provide.

Output Content: While the learning content is protected, any output that the system generates for you personally (for example, a recording of your practice session, an audio of your responses, or a video summary of your progress) is considered your content. You are free to save, share, and even monetize such output content as you wish, without needing additional permission from us. (In other words, you can post the audio/video Quiz4Learn produces for you on other platforms or use it commercially, since it’s your personal learning outcome.) Just keep in mind that this only applies to the outputs we provide to you – it doesn’t give you the right to republish the underlying questions or materials in raw form.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

We strive to maintain a respectful and secure learning environment. By using Quiz4Learn, you agree NOT to:

  • Engage in illegal activities: Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.

  • Breach or hack the system: Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system, circumvent security measures, or access data not intended for you. Any attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform (including introducing viruses or malware) is strictly prohibited.

  • Copy or reverse-engineer: Do not copy, decompile, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our application or website. Also, do not attempt to scrape or harvest our content or database by automated means (such as bots or scripts).

  • Harass or offend others: Do not use offensive, defamatory, or abusive language on the platform. If the platform allows any form of interaction (forums, comments, etc.), you must not harass, threaten, or bully other users or our staff. Hate speech, discrimination, or any content that is defamatory or obscene is not allowed.

  • Spam or misuse features: Do not send unauthorized advertisements, spam, or repetitive messages to others. Also, do not misuse features like referrals or promotions by creating fake accounts or other deceptive practices to gain benefits. (See Section 6 on the Referral Program for more on this.)

  • Upload harmful or inappropriate content: If at any point you can upload or input content (e.g., profile images or responses), you must not upload anything that is harmful, contains malware, or is otherwise inappropriate (such as content that is violent, pornographic, or infringes someone’s rights).

Violating the above rules can result in warnings or immediate account suspension/banning, at our discretion.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

Quiz4Learn offers certain premium features or content packages that require payment, such as subscriptions or one-time purchases. All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our authorized third-party payment processor and Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing, billing terms, and payment method presented at checkout, as well as Paddle’s applicable terms and policies.

  • Billing & Auto-Renewal : If you subscribe to a recurring service (for example, a monthly or annual plan), you will be charged in advance for each billing cycle through Paddle. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
    You will be informed of the subscription price, billing frequency, and renewal terms at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. After cancellation, no further payments will be taken, and you will continue to have access to premium features for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are handled entirely by Paddle via its secure checkout. Quiz4Learn does not collect or store payment card details or other sensitive financial information. You are not required to create an account with Paddle to complete a payment; purchases can be made as a guest.

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. If you purchase a premium plan or package, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days from the date of your initial purchase by contacting our support team.
    Refund requests are reviewed from a service and eligibility perspective by Quiz4Learn; however, all refunds are subject to review, approval, and processing by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. A refund is not considered completed unless and until it is approved and processed by Paddle.
    Refund processing times and final eligibility may depend on Paddle’s internal policies, the payment method used, and applicable legal requirements. This guarantee generally applies only to your first purchase or first subscription period of a specific plan.

  • No Refunds After 14 Days: After the 14-day guarantee period has expired, all sales are considered final. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable law. For example, if you cancel an annual subscription after several months, no refund will be issued for the unused portion unless the request falls within the initial 14-day guarantee window.

  • Third-Party Purchase Platforms: If you purchase a subscription or content through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds and billing matters are governed by that platform’s policies. Quiz4Learn may not be able to directly process refunds for purchases made through external app stores, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.

  • Abuse of Refund Policy: Refunds are offered in good faith to ensure fairness to all users. Abuse of the refund policy—such as repeated purchases followed by refund requests—may result in denial of refunds and/or suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to take appropriate action in cases of suspected abuse.

  • Changes to Fees: We may modify pricing, subscription plans, or introduce new fees from time to time. If you have an active subscription, you will be notified in advance of any material price changes, in accordance with applicable laws. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing

6. Referral & Influencer Program

Quiz4Learn may offer a referral program or partnerships with influencers to reward users who help us grow our community. This section outlines how these programs work and the rules participants must follow:

  • Referral Codes/Links: We might provide you (the “referrer”) with a unique referral code or link to invite friends, students, or followers to join Quiz4Learn. When someone uses your referral link or code to sign up, they must be a new user to be counted toward your referrals (you cannot refer yourself or someone who already has an account). Referral rewards (for example, bonus access time, points, or other benefits) will be given as described in the specific referral offer.

  • Influencer Partnerships: If you are an approved partner or influencer collaborating with Quiz4Learn, you may receive special links or promotional codes to share with your audience. Any commissions or rewards for influencers will be governed by additional agreements. Influencers are not employees of Quiz4Learn; you are independent and responsible for your content. However, you must still follow the guidelines of our referral program and these Terms.

  • No Spam or Misrepresentation: When promoting Quiz4Learn as a referrer or influencer, you must be honest and accurate. Do not make false claims about our service, and do not spam others with your referral link. This means no mass emailing people who didn’t ask for it, no posting your code where it’s off-topic (like in unrelated forums or comments), and no misleading anyone about what Quiz4Learn offers. Any form of spam, deception, or harassment to gain referrals is strictly prohibited.

  • Prohibited Referral Conduct: Referral abuse will not be tolerated. This includes, but isn’t limited to, creating multiple fake accounts to self-refer, using bots or fake identities to generate referrals, or any trick to game the referral system. If we detect fraudulent activity in your referrals, we may revoke referral rewards and ban your account for abuse of the program. We reserve the right to disqualify referrals or participants that we find to be in violation of the spirit of the referral program.

  • Referral Rewards: Referral rewards (such as free subscription days, discounts, or cash rewards) have no cash value outside of Quiz4Learn unless explicitly stated. They cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred except as allowed by the program. If your referral reward is a benefit applied to your account (for example, an extra month of access), and your account is later banned or closed, you may lose that reward. If the reward is a payout (for example, a commission for influencers), it will be given according to the schedule and method we determine, and only if you have complied with all terms.

  • Influencer Content: If you are an influencer creating content featuring Quiz4Learn (such as a YouTube review or social media post), you must ensure your content does not violate our brand guidelines or these Terms. Do not present yourself as an official Quiz4Learn representative. You should also disclose your partnership or referral benefits as required by law (for example, following FTC guidelines on endorsements if you’re in the USA, which require telling viewers that you might earn a reward).

  • YouTube Video Reward (Valid in 2025)
    If you are an influencer who creates and publicly publishes your first original YouTube video about Quiz4Learn in 2025, you may be eligible to receive a free 1-year premium account as a bonus.

    To qualify:

    • The video must be original, authentic, and clearly promote Quiz4Learn.
    • It must remain public on YouTube for at least 90 days.
    • It must include your referral link in the description.
    • You must notify our team within 7 days of publishing the video.
    • The reward is limited to one per influencer and tied to your account.

    Quiz4Learn reserves the right to change or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice
  • No Agency Relationship: Participating in the referral or influencer program does not mean you are an employee, agent, or legal representative of Quiz4Learn. You cannot sign contracts, make promises, or act on behalf of Quiz4Learn. The relationship is simply one of an independent promoter and the company.

  • Changes or Termination of Program: Quiz4Learn reserves the right to modify or end the referral/influencer program at any time. This could mean changing how rewards are earned, changing their value, or stopping the program entirely. We’ll try to notify participants if we make major changes. If the program is terminated, we will handle pending referrals or rewards appropriately (e.g., we might honor referrals that were already in process or queued, but no new referrals would be counted).

By participating in any referral or influencer program, you are also agreeing to follow these Terms & Conditions and any additional guidelines provided for the program. We value our community’s enthusiasm and will do our best to make these programs fun and rewarding for everyone, as long as they’re used fairly and ethically.

7. Privacy & Cookies

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide to Quiz4Learn is governed by our Privacy Policy (available on our website) which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Quiz4Learn, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

  • Personal Data: We handle your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We only collect what is necessary to provide and improve our services (such as your name, email, progress data, etc.), and we use it as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. For details on what data we collect and how we use or share it, please review the Privacy Policy. If you have questions or requests regarding your personal data (for example, if you want to access or delete your data), you can contact us (see “Contact Us” section).

  • Cookies and Tracking: Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to personalize your experience, keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and analyze how users use the site. Cookies are small text files placed on your device. By using our site, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings, but note that disabling certain cookies might affect functionality (for instance, the site might not remember your progress or language preference if cookies are off). For more information on the cookies we use and your choices, refer to our Privacy Policy.

  • Third-Party Analytics and Tools: We may use third-party analytics tools or services that also place cookies or use tracking pixels (for example, Google Analytics) to help us understand how users engage with Quiz4Learn. This helps us improve the platform. These third parties may collect information about your use of the site under their own privacy policies. (We generally use such data in aggregate form, and it doesn’t identify you personally to us; it just gives us trends and usage statistics.)

  • Data Security: We implement security measures to protect your data (such as encryption of sensitive info). However, no system can be 100% secure. By using our service, you acknowledge that there is some risk in any online data transmission and storage, and you accept that risk. We will notify users in the event of any significant data breach affecting personal information, as required by law.

For any privacy-related inquiries, please refer to the Privacy Policy or contact us directly. By continuing to use Quiz4Learn, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and agree to how we handle data and cookies.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Quiz4Learn integrates with or may contain links to third-party services (for example, external payment processors, analytics providers, content libraries, or social media platforms). These are provided to enhance your learning experience or for operational needs, but they come with their own terms and privacy policies.

  • Third-Party Tools: Some features of Quiz4Learn rely on third parties. For instance, if payments are processed by a payment gateway, your transaction might be subject to that processor’s terms. Similarly, if we offer a text-to-speech voice provided by a third party, using that feature might involve the third party’s system. We strive to choose reputable partners, but we don’t control these third-party services.

  • No Endorsement: Any link or integration with a third-party website or service is not an endorsement or guarantee by Quiz4Learn of that third party. We provide these links or integrations for convenience or functionality. However, we are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party websites or services. If you click an external link (for example, a blog link to a resource or a YouTube video for learning), you do so at your own risk. We highly recommend you review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit or service you use.

  • Third-Party Login or Sharing: If in the future we allow account creation or login via third-party accounts (like Google or Facebook login), or sharing your achievements on social media, be aware that those services authenticate you or handle data according to their own terms. We don’t receive your third-party passwords; we only receive the information you authorize us to get from those accounts (such as your email if you use Google login).

  • Liability: Quiz4Learn shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any dealings with third-party service providers or as the result of the presence of such third parties on our platform. If you encounter an issue with a third-party integration (for example, a payment issue or an external link that isn’t working), please let us know and we will assist if we can, but we may direct you to that third party for help if it’s outside our control.

In short, when you leave Quiz4Learn’s site or use a feature provided by someone else, those parties’ terms and policies apply, not ours.

9. Account Cancellation & Termination

We hope you enjoy Quiz4Learn, but if you need to leave or if rules are broken, here’s how account termination works from both your side and ours:

a. Termination by You (Cancellation & Deletion): You have the right to stop using Quiz4Learn at any time. If you decide to permanently leave, you can delete your account along with your personal data. We make it easy for you to do this:

  • Account Deletion: You can request full deletion of your account (and all associated personal data) from within the app/website settings, or by contacting us via email. In the app or website profile settings, there is an option to delete your account (you may need to confirm your password or take a similar security step). If you have any trouble finding it, contact our support and we will assist. Once you confirm deletion, your account will be scheduled for permanent removal. Please be careful: account deletion is irreversible. After deletion, your learning progress, scores, and any data tied to your account will be erased and cannot be recovered.

  • Data Retention: When you delete your account, we will remove your personal information from our live databases. However, note that it might take a short period to complete this process. We may retain anonymized or aggregate data (which no longer identifies you) for analytical purposes. Also, if you’ve shared any content (for example, if in the future there are user forums and you posted messages), those contributions might remain visible to others even after your account is deleted, but without your name attached. We’ll handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

  • Active Subscriptions on Deletion: If you delete your account while you have an active paid subscription, deletion acts as a cancellation of the service as well. You will lose access immediately upon deletion (you won’t be able to use the remaining time because your account is gone). Generally, no refund will be given for any unused period remaining on a subscription if you choose to delete your account mid-term. For example, if you paid for a year and delete the account after 6 months, the remaining 6 months are forfeited. If you are considering deletion but are also eligible for our 14-day refund (see Section 5), please contact support before deleting so we can process your refund; once deleted, we might not have the info needed to verify refund eligibility.

  • Cancelling Subscription (without deleting account): If you want to cancel your paid subscription but keep your free account, you can do so via your account settings (manage subscription/billing) or by contacting us. Cancellation will stop future billing, and your premium access will continue until the end of the current paid period. After that, your account will revert to the free version. You will not lose your learning progress by cancelling a subscription — you’ll just lose access to premium features/content once the paid term ends.

  • Your Content after leaving: If the platform in the future allows you to create any user-generated content (like forum posts, custom quizzes, etc.), and you terminate your account, some content you provided may still remain (e.g., posts that were shared in a community) but it will generally be anonymized (other users won’t see your name). We do not retain rights to any personal content of yours except as necessary for the functioning and historical record of the platform (for example, we might keep a log that a user answered X questions for statistical reports, but not tied to your identity after deletion). The “output content” that was mentioned in Section 3 (like your practice recordings) is typically stored in your account; once the account is deleted, those are deleted too on our side. If you have any such outputs you want to keep, please download/save them before deleting your account.

b. Termination by Us (Account Suspension or Ban): Quiz4Learn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms or used the service in a way that could harm the platform, other users, or violate the law. Examples of situations where we might terminate or suspend your access include: your involvement in serious violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, repeated infringement of intellectual property, fraudulent activity, harassment of others, or attempts to hack/cheat the system.

  • Procedure: In some cases (especially for minor issues or first-time violations), we may send you a warning or ask you to correct the behavior. However, for severe violations or if we believe immediate action is necessary to protect our interests or other users, we may disable your account without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide advance warning or grace periods for bans, especially if the integrity or security of the system is at stake.

  • Effect of Termination: If we suspend or ban your account, you will lose access to the platform (either temporarily or permanently, depending on the action). You may also lose any data associated with your account (we may delete your profile and content) and any entitlements (for example, remaining subscription time, referral rewards, etc.). If your account is terminated by us due to your misconduct or violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund for any subscription or purchases you may have made. For instance, if you paid for a year and are banned in month 3 for cheating or abuse, we will not refund the unused months because the termination was a result of your breach of the Terms.

  • Appeal: If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may contact us to appeal the decision. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and determine, at our sole discretion, whether to reinstate the account. However, repeated or serious violations will likely lead to a permanent ban with no appeal.

  • Data after Termination: Similar to user-initiated deletion, if we terminate your account, we may delete your data. We might retain certain information for legal reasons or to prevent re-registration (for example, we may keep a record of a banned user’s email or IP address to block abusive users from coming back). Any personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • No Liability: Quiz4Learn is not liable for any consequences of account termination, whether initiated by you or by us. This means we are not responsible for compensation, damages, or losses you claim due to losing access to the service or your content. (More on limitation of liability is below.) Using our service means you accept that violating the rules can lead to loss of access without compensation.

c. Inactivity: (Currently, we do not strictly enforce an inactivity deletion policy, but we reserve the right to do so.) In the future, if accounts are completely inactive for an extended period (say, no logins for a year or more), we might notify you and eventually deactivate or delete the account to free up resources. We would only do this for free accounts with no subscriptions, and we’d send an email warning to the address on file beforehand. If you respond or log in after such a warning, your account would remain active. If it’s deleted due to prolonged inactivity, you could always create a new account, but your old data may not be recoverable.

10. Disclaimers of Warranties

Quiz4Learn is an educational service, and while we work hard to provide high-quality content and a reliable platform, there are some things we cannot guarantee. By using our platform, you understand and agree to the following disclaimers:

  • “As Is” and “As Available”: The Quiz4Learn service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”. This means that we are not making any promises that the service will be perfect. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. There may be times when the website or app is down for maintenance, or due to technical issues, or beyond our control. We will try to minimize downtime and inform users of major maintenance, but we cannot promise zero outages. Using Quiz4Learn is at your own risk in terms of technical performance.

  • No Warranty of Results: Quiz4Learn aims to help you learn efficiently, but we do not guarantee any specific results from using our platform. For example, we can’t guarantee that you will achieve fluency in a language, pass a particular exam, or attain any particular outcome in a set time period. Every learner is different. The educational content and techniques (like the Leitner system) are provided in good faith and are based on proven methods, but your success depends on many factors, including your effort, background, and how you use the platform. Therefore, you accept that there is no warranty or guarantee of improvement. Any testimonials or examples on our site (such as a story of a successful learner) are illustrative; they are not a promise that you’ll have the same experience.

  • Content Accuracy: We strive to keep our content accurate, up-to-date, and educational. However, we do not warrant that all content is entirely accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Educational materials can sometimes contain mistakes, or may become outdated as language and information evolve. If you spot an error in a quiz or flashcard, we appreciate you letting us know, but by using the platform, you agree that mistakes or omissions may happen and we are not liable for them. Always use your own judgment and double-check information if needed (especially if using it in real life scenarios).

  • No Professional Advice: The content on Quiz4Learn (such as vocabulary definitions, example sentences, general knowledge quizzes, etc.) is for learning purposes and general information. It is not professional or expert advice in any particular domain. For instance, if there are quizzes on health or finance topics, they are just educational – you shouldn’t treat them as medical or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for serious decisions. We are not responsible for how you apply the knowledge you gain from our platform in the real world.

  • Implied Warranties: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties that are not expressly stated here. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In plain language, we’re not promising that the service will meet all your expectations or that it will work perfectly with every device or every circumstance.

  • User Interactions: If at any point Quiz4Learn introduces features that allow user-to-user interaction (like forums, messaging, or public profiles), we are not responsible for what users post or how they behave. While we will have rules and will moderate inappropriate content (and users can report issues), we don’t guarantee other users will always follow the rules. We don’t provide any warranty or take responsibility for user-generated content (that will be the responsibility of those users), though we will make efforts to enforce our rules and remove harmful content when we become aware of it.

  • Device and Software Compatibility: We aim to support modern browsers and devices with our web platform and to keep our mobile app updated for major operating systems. However, we do not guarantee that Quiz4Learn will be compatible with every device, browser, or OS version you use. It’s possible that older devices or uncommon configurations may not run the app smoothly. We also can’t guarantee the service will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components, though of course we do not include any malicious code and we take security seriously. You are responsible for using up-to-date antivirus software and keeping your system secure. If you download any material from our site (like a PDF or image), you do so at your own risk.

In summary, Quiz4Learn provides a platform to help you learn smarter, but we make no guarantees beyond delivering the service as described. If something isn’t expressly promised in these Terms, you should assume that it’s not guaranteed. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiz4Learn and its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) our services. This includes, for example, damages for loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses; or the cost of substitute services; or claims by third parties; or other similar damages, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. We understand that’s a mouthful, so here are some scenarios to clarify:

  • If Quiz4Learn is down unexpectedly and you miss a day of study before an exam, and as a result you feel you didn’t perform well, we are not liable for the impact on your exam performance.

  • If there’s an error in a quiz question and you rely on that information, we are not liable for any consequences (though we’d certainly correct the error once known).

  • If someone gains unauthorized access to your account because you shared your password and that leads to exposure of your data, we are not responsible for damages (remember, you’re responsible for keeping your account secure).

  • If you follow a link on our site to a third-party website that harms you or disappoints you, we aren’t liable for that third party’s actions.

  • If you are on a paid plan and our service malfunctions, at most we’d owe you for the time you couldn’t use (subject to the limitation below), but we wouldn’t be liable for, say, your bank’s overdraft fees or other ripple effects.

Cap on Liability: In any case, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Quiz4Learn service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. If you have not paid anything (for example, if you only use the free parts of our service), then our total liability to you, for any and all claims, shall not exceed a nominal sum of USD $1 (one dollar). This cap applies no matter how many events or claims you bring (it’s an aggregate limit, not per incident).

No Liability for User Actions: Quiz4Learn is not responsible for the actions of its users outside the platform. If you get into a dispute with another user or a referrer/influencer outside of Quiz4Learn (say, via social media or in person) over something related to the platform, you agree that we are not liable for any claims or damages arising from that dispute. Also, if through using our platform you meet someone or interact and something happens, that’s beyond the scope of our responsibility (exercise common sense and caution in any interactions).

Exceptions: We do NOT exclude or limit our liability for things that by law we cannot exclude. For example, if applicable law says we can’t limit liability for personal injury or death caused by gross negligence, then we are not attempting to limit that (though it’s highly unlikely to apply to an e-learning app scenario). Similarly, if a law deems a certain warranty can’t be disclaimed for consumer protection, our disclaimer will be limited to the extent allowed.
